Terms of use
These terms are a clear-language starter for the FundedPumps evaluation platform and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before launch.

FundedPumps provides skill-based trading evaluations and access to simulated funded accounts through a Chrome extension compatible with supported third-party trading websites, including Axiom Trade and fomo.family. All FundedPumps evaluation and funded trading is simulated unless explicitly stated otherwise. Purchasing a challenge does not constitute a deposit, investment, brokerage relationship, or guarantee of future funding or payouts.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter an agreement, and located in a supported jurisdiction. You may be asked to complete identity, sanctions, and eligibility checks before receiving an account or payout.
3. Evaluation rules
Each challenge is governed by the limits shown at checkout and in the published Trading Rules, including profit targets, daily loss, maximum loss, 30% best-day consistency, liquidity and price-impact limits, minimum trading days, and prohibited conduct. The Trading Rules are incorporated into these terms. A hard breach may end the evaluation without a refund.
4. Fees and refunds
Challenge fees purchase access to an evaluation and are not trading deposits. Unless required by law, fees become non-refundable after login credentials are issued. Duplicate or erroneous charges should be reported to support promptly.
5. Fair use
Account sharing, identity misrepresentation, platform exploitation, latency arbitrage, coordinated mirroring, or attempts to manipulate pricing are prohibited. FundedPumps may review trading activity before progression or payout.
7. Affiliate program
Approved affiliates may earn 20% commission on qualified sales attributed to their referral link. Eligibility, attribution, reversals, and payment requirements are governed by the affiliate terms provided upon approval.
6. Changes and availability
Markets, platform features, and program rules may change as risk conditions evolve. Material changes will be disclosed before they apply to a new purchase. Service availability is not guaranteed.
